Projektentwicklung und Bau: Der Hamburger Solarspezialist Enerparc AG entwickelte und baute den Solarpark in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Die Bauarbeiten begannen 2021 auf dem Grundstück des Gewerbeparks Carstensen (GPC). Bis 2024 wurde ein Solarcluster auf 70 Hektar errichtet, das fünf Baufelder umfasst und eine Gesamtleistung von 80 Megawatt Peak (MWp) erreicht. Ein weiterer Abschnitt mit 17 MWp ist im Bau.
